Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Items that have been cut, altered, or washed
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning your item.
- Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and documentation.
- Ship the Item: Send the item to the address provided in your return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product). We will provide a prepaid return label for items returned due to our error.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or credit card company

9. Sale Items
Sale items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the same return conditions as regular-priced items.
